After a personal meeting where we discuss your needs, interests and budget, we will put together a customized itinerary. This plan is packed with recommendations for unique accommodations, special attractions, fun activities and useful tips. We provide the perfect plan; you book everything yourself, at your own pace and with the assurance of our knowledge and experience.

What can you expect from the itinerary?
1. Personal intake interview
We start with an online (video) meeting in which we discuss your travel needs, interests and expectations. We take the time to get to know each other and map out what vacations really are for you. Do you want to hike in the Pyrenees? Immerse yourself in the myths of the Inca Empire in Peru? We will help you on your way. Even if you do not yet know exactly where you want to go, we are happy to help you find your dream destination.
The video meeting lasts an average of 45 minutes to an hour. We charge $199 for the video call and personalized travel plan. Do you still want us to get to work afterwards to take your trip completely off your hands? Then of course this is also possible! In this case we will work out a travel proposal and book the trip for you.Â
2. A unique and personalized travel plan
Based on your wishes, we will put together a detailed itinerary. From day-to-day planning to handy suggestions for excursions and activities. We'll advise you on the best hotels, B&Bs and other unique accommodations that fit your style. Not sure yet how you want to travel? Whether you want to rent a car, prefer to travel by train or need domestic flights, we'll give you the best options and practical tips. You'll also get a realistic overview of expected costs, so you know exactly where you stand. From packing lists to cultural do's & don'ts, we'll make sure you're well prepared.
Within 14 business days after our video meeting, we will send you a personalized travel plan. This plan contains, depending on the type of trip, the optimal itinerary, great tips for excursions and hotels, the airlines we recommend and a list of important things to consider, such as visas and vaccinations.Â
After we send the personalized itinerary to you, we would love to hear your findings. For example, we can make minor adjustments if you prefer to add another destination to your itinerary. Should you have any burning questions, we will of course answer them as well.Â
After you receive the itinerary, we offer 1 revision to the itinerary (for example, an adjustment in the itinerary).
3. On a trip!
Completely satisfied? Then it's time to book the trip! You now have all the tools to make your trip a reality.Â
