Mykonos is one of the 56 islands in the Cyclades. This is a group of Greek islands found in the Aegean Sea. The archipelago is known for the iconic features described above. There are so many wonderful villages and accommodations where you can stay during your vacations on Mykonos. We always look for a place that is both well regarded and a nice location. In this case, for us that was a stay that was close to Mykonos Town and from where we could easily explore the island. Totally ideal was that our stay had its own car rental, so on this occasion we put Sahas Suites<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0in the sun for a while. How do you travel to your Mykonos?<\/h2>\n

To our surprise, Mykonos is a very easily accessible island. There is an international airport on the island to which there are direct flights from several European destinations and even from some Middle Eastern destinations. This makes it obvious that connections between the Greek mainland and other Greek islands are well established. <\/p>\n

Island hopping between the Greek islands is enormously popular and also very well arranged. There are several ferries sailing between the Greek islands and often several times a day. Personally, we ourselves love to go out and explore during our vacation. So we rented a car to go out and explore the island. Should you have no plans to go out and particularly spend your time in and around Mykonos Town, you can easily cover everything on foot.\u00a0<\/p>
