1. One-on-one video meeting

During a video meeting we take the time to get to know each other and map out what is really vacation for you. Do you want to hike in the Pyrenees? Immerse yourself in the myths of the Inca Empire in Peru? We will help you get started and discuss your wishes and ideas in detail, so that we can put together a trip that suits you. 

2. Personal customized proposal

Then we get to work on a personalized travel proposal. Of course we will include your wishes, budget and duration. Within 7 working days we will share the travel proposal with you. Of course we are happy to go through it with you to explain a few things. If you would like to make adjustments, that is possible. After all it is your trip so you have to be enthusiastic about it!

3. Final booking

Completely satisfied? Then it's time to book the trip! We record everything for your dream trip: from flights and accommodations to transfers, excursions and insurance. Then we will send you the booking confirmation. And then the fun can really begin! As soon as the travel documents arrive, we will send them to you. If you have any questions during the trip, you can always contact us. We remain your point of contact. How nice!

The first (video) call is a non-binding conversation to get to know each other. For the personal travel proposal we charge a commitment fee of €74.99 for the time and effort we put into the proposal. The commitment fee is deducted from the total travel sum when we make the booking. is confirmed.
