On the iconic Wilhelmina Pier, in the former Las Palmas building, you will find the Asian restaurant MOOD by Eveline Wu. We already ate at MOOD during a city trip to Eindhoven and there we discovered how incredibly delicious the sushi here is! So now the location in Rotterdam has also become one of our regular addresses. Restaurant MOOD is particularly known for its sushi dishes, but the other dishes (such as the peking duck) are also a treat. The beautiful location makes a dinner at MOOD truly a night out.

2. Ono Japanese Dining
If you say sushi and fine dining, then Kop van Zuid is the place to be. Besides MOOD, you will find a number of excellent sushi restaurants and one of them is Ono Japanese Fusion Dining. At this restaurant, Japanese cuisine is combined with French cuisine. 1NUL8 has long been one of the coziest bars on the Meent in downtown Rotterdam. And the success is a fact, because now the business has expanded with two new addresses: the 1NUL8 Basement and soon 1NUL8 Let's Meat. That you can go to 1NUL8 for delicious cocktails and a lot of fun, that's common knowledge. But did you know that you can also eat delicious sushi here? 4. Cafe in the City
In our teenage years we could be found a lot at Club Sorbonne. Since then, you can find the cozy Cafe in the City. A cozy hotspot where you can go for lavish R&B parties, but also for delicious food. Monday nights are especially popular, because that's when the sushi rolls are €10 instead of €20. Just like 1NUL8, Café in the City also turns into a club in the late hours, so after those sushi rolls the hips can let loose!

Another topper of a sushi hotspot on the Kop van Zuid: Aqua Asia Club. Not only do you have an amazing view of the Erasmus Bridge from the restaurant, but the sushi is also incredibly fresh and of very good quality. We love choosing the sushi of Aqua Asia Club in Rotterdam. Especially on a warm, sultry summer evening when we have a spot on the beautiful terrace!

Are you salivating over fine dining? Then Restaurant Three in Rotterdam a special experience. You will find Three in a side street of the Bergse Dorpsstraat in Hillegersberg. A place we love to visit is the Foodhallen at the Kop van Zuid. The place is buzzing and it is actually always cozy. We were overwhelmed by the colorful look of the sushi bar and the passionately prepared sushi platters. And of course, they are as delicious as they look!

The modern Japanese restaurant Kyatcha combines traditional flavors with a contemporary twist. The sushi here is not only a feast for the taste buds, but also a work of art in itself.
