The most common way to travel to Mykonos is by air. The island has an international airport, Mykonos Island National Airport. Airlines such as Transavia, TUI and Aegean Airlines fly to this airport daily during the summer months.

The best time to travel to Mykonos is from May through September. Mykonos has a Mediterranean climate with warm summers and mild winters.
