1. Kale Panorama Restoran
One of the best trips in Alanya is to the medieval castle (Alanya Kalesi). Not only is the castle worth a visit, but a walk up the mountain where the castle stands is recommended. You will enjoy magnificent views of the city and the azure blue sea. There are plenty of nice stalls and authentic restaurants. One of them is Panorama restaurant. Gastronomy and a cosmopolitan setting come together here in a historic place. You can come here from breakfast to dinner, but during sunset is the best time! You have a panoramic view of the city with flickering lights and both the dishes and the cocktails and wines are sublime! Kale Panorama Restoran features a pick-up service, which is totally ideal!

2. Dimçayı Natural Piknik
About a 20-30 minute drive from the center of Alanya towards the Taurus Mountains you will find the Dimçayı River. At this river you will find several restaurants where you can picnic in a unique setting. Especially in the hot summer months it is great to stay here, because you can also take a dip in the refreshing water. You can combine the picnic with various day trips and excursions in the Taurus Mountains, such as a day trip to the nearby Sapadere Canyon. There are several "picnic spots" to be found, but well-reviewed ones are Dimçayı Natural Piknik en Dimçayı Pınarbaşı Restaurant. Predominantly Turkish dishes are served here, but they also offer international options.

3. Ev Restaurant
One of the nicest restaurants in Alanya is without a doubt Ev Restaurant. Not only can you eat incredibly good food here, there is also regular live music! A dinner at Ev Restaurant is really a night out. The menu includes typical Turkish specialties as well as international dishes. It is often crowded here (also very popular among locals) so book in advance!

4. Green Beach Restaurant
On the popular Kleopatra Beach in Alanya you will find the hotspot Green Beach Restaurant. A restaurant that, if you ask us, does not look very Turkish, but you would rather expect on, say, one of the Spanish islands. It is a fancy restaurant with an extensive wine list. Cozy for the evening but also for a wine after a day at the beach!

5. En Vie Beach
A pearl to the eye and a delight to the stomach. And Vie Beach is one of those places where you can and want to spend a whole day. If not in the restaurant, then on the luxurious sun beds on the beach. Overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, you will experience a culinary journey around the world, from pizza to sushi. Be sure to try the sangria. Totally not Turkish, but surprisingly tasty.

6. Oztat Kebap
For traditional Turkish kebabs, Oztat Kebap is the place to be. You will eat the most delicious kebab here, as well as many other Turkish specialties. The staff is friendly and makes every effort to provide you with good service. Oztat Kebab is also very affordable. Especially the plates with meat and vegetables are recommended, but Also don't forget to taste the freshly baked Turkish bread!
