1. Leo's International Flavors
We already mentioned it, but one of the nicest hotspots in The Hague is LEO's International Flavors. This restaurant is located in the Leonardo Royal Hotel The Hague. The dishes and drinks are inspired by cuisines from all over the world. For example, our favorite cocktail from Peru is on the menu: the Pisco Sour! In the dishes, expect authentic flavors with a personal touch from LEO's Chefs. The restaurant, bar and lounge in one has a luxurious, modern design and this also makes it a very stylish and cozy place to sit.
2. BlueBlood
The hot spot BlueBlood had been on our list for a while and we were pleasantly surprised when we visited this restaurant. You see, they serve here dishes of Nikkei cuisine, a combination of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. It is actually the best of both worlds: the delicate and elegant flavors of Japan with the deliciously fresh, sometimes a little spicy, but above all surprising of Peru. There are dishes like ceviche, oysters and sushi on the menu, as well as salads like the smokey quinoa salad and innovative cocktails. If you are a foodie, this restaurant is definitely worth a visit!
3. Tapisco
Fond of Spanish tapas and Portuguese petiscos? Then go to Tapisco in The Hague! This is because it combines the best of both cuisines! Not only are the dishes delicious, the restaurant is also very stylishly decorated. At Tapisco, think of dishes like traditional bacalhau croquettes, gambas al ajillo and refined Iberian ham. The restaurant has an extensive wine list featuring wines from Spain and Portugal. Highly recommended for an evening of fine dining.
