It is a city with many historical sites from the 16th and 17th centuries. Believe us, you won't get here easily out of date. But what is there to do in Den Bosch? And where should you be for a cup of coffee or bite to eat? These are the most beautiful sights, the best to do's and the tastiest hotspots in Den Bosch!

1. Take a look at St. John's Cathedral

If you visit Den Bosch, you cannot avoid the St. John's Cathedral. This Gothic church can be found in the city center and is a feast for the eyes (and camera!). The church is open every day from 08:00 to 17:00. You can enter for free to take a look when there are no services. Light a candle in the church to remember your loved ones and in this way also contribute to the preservation of St. John's Cathedral.

The North Brabant Museum is one of the most famous attractions in Den Bosch. The Museum represents the history of the province of Brabant which is told through art, so to speak. During a visit to the museum you will learn about important historical moments in Brabant's history. You can visit the museum on your own, but if you like to learn more facts it is recommended to visit the museum with a guide.

5: Head to Den Bosch's hip Tramkade

Tramkade is a particularly fun place in Den Bosch and if you ask us, a place not to be missed. The area has been transformed in recent years into a cool urban spot. You will find some of the city's best hotspots here, but as you walk around, some fascinating industrial eye-catchers will not escape you.

6. Grab a bite to eat at one of the nicest hotspots in Den Bosch

Den Bosch is a burgundian city. Therefore, you will find numerous cozy and unique hotspots, but only a few can be your favorite. For a nice bite to eat and drink in Den Bosch, we refer you to the following hotspots:

Short Pit Street

Is your stomach starting to grumble? Well, then it's high time you move to the coziest street in Den Bosch. We are of course talking about the Korte Putstraat. This narrow long street is full of convivial and cozy hotspots. Culinary experiences and a cozy atmosphere are guaranteed here. Oh, and did you already know that the Korte Putstraat is also considered the 'nicest terrace street' of the Netherlands?

Restaurant van Aken

The work warehouse on Tramkade in Den Bosch is a gathering place where creative entrepreneurs set up shop. In this artistic building sits Restaurant van Aken located. A cool hot spot where you can eat great food, but also get your feet on the floor in the evening. It is quite an experience to be here. You plop down on furniture by Piet Hein Eek while enjoying snacks served on tableware with an artistic story. By the way, the concept is shared dining and the food is finger-licking good.

Costa del Silo

In the midst of the city bustle, you will find a true beach pavilion in Den Bosch called Costa del Silo. Every summer, a small section of Tramkade, next to the iconic street art silos, transforms into a pop-up beach terrace. It's the ideal place to get into the ultimate vacation spirit in summer. A place where colleagues have a nightcap at the end of the afternoon, but also a place where friends gather to play a game of beach volleyball. It is our favorite place to have a nice cold beer in a casual atmosphere.
