On the Nieuwe Emmasingel, across from the futuristic glass structure "The Blob," you will find the healthy hotspot The Happiness Cafe. As a true breakfast lover, this is the right place to be, as you can enjoy the most delicious breakfast dishes here all day long. All the dishes you can order here are freshly made and are generally organic and healthy. It's hard to choose but we end up taking the Happiness Bowl and Pancakes!

At the Pastryclub you step into a world of insane treats. A place in Eindhoven that every sweet tooth loves to visit. The Pastryclub is located in the old Philips engine room. So it is not only a place to languish with all the goodies, it is also a hotspot where you can admire the impressive interior.

Yuri Ivanov is the proud owner of Art Pastry by Yurii Ivanov, a crazy hot spot in Eindhoven. When we were here he spoke passionately about how, after years of experience in the kitchen, he followed his dream and started for himself. The eclairs available vary greatly in flavors, but the coolest thing about this is that he completely determines the combination himself. Not so sure what you're in the mood for? Then the Down Town Gourmet Market the place to be. You will find all kinds of stands where you can order the most delicious food. Be sure to walk around first to see what's there. The Vietnamese food truck is definitely our favorite because the smells take us back to our tour of Vietnam. Totally ideal is that you can order online via QR code after which the food is then brought to your table.

7. Radio Royale
The former Philips energy house is now home to the hip restaurant Radio Royale where you can enjoy delicious dishes of French-German cuisine. Do you like an industrial setting? Then Radio Royaal is totally the place to be. With some 1,300 square meters of floor space, they are sure to have a table available for you!

8. Thomas Eindhoven
The hot spot Thomas is a very popular place in Eindhoven. Not only is Thomas a well-known restaurant and bar among Eindhoven residents, Dutch people from far away also like to come to this hotspot. We love sushi so we can't explore a city without visiting a sushi restaurant. In Eindhoven you can find two locations of restaurant Mood, in our opinion one of the better sushi restaurants in the Netherlands. The international cuisine served consists of a combination of Asian and French dishes. The menu literally makes your mouth water. We choose some small appetizers to share and can't resist opting for the two-person sushi boat. At Mood restaurant, a taste sensation is guaranteed in an incredibly hip and modern environment. Absolutely great!
